I know in my own life, in this fast-paced world we live in, it seems like there is never a time when something isn't disorganized and out of place. Our homes, our cars, our offices, even our computers - they all have stacks, piles, bags and bits sitting around and cluttering things up with stuff that doesn't belong. And yet I've found one simple and proven way to take a powerful step toward streamlining your spaces and tackling your mess before it tackles you. And that is to never leave a space empty handed.

A few examples of the categories that you need to create in your to do list include - to pay, to clean, to buy, to file, to enter data into computer and so on. You can use a paper based list or an online list as per your convenience and set up reminders for the top three things to do every day.
