The acetate will then need to be placed in that opening and secured with double sided tape or another adhesive.
When the preparation of all the sides has been accomplished they will need to be sealed together with the exception of an opening that will allow a person to pour their chosen contents inside. Following that action one will then need to completely seal the box in question. This will then help prevent any little piece from escaping its confines.
