We need to find a comfortable and safe place to unwind and relax so that we can improve and produce tranquility and feelings of peace.

What you can do is create an atmosphere that will have a calm effect in your home. Your oasis doesn't have to take up a lot of space; even a corner of a room will do. Discover eight great tips in creating your comfort zone in your own personal space.

Sounds of Tranquility There are certain sounds that can help you unwind and relax, like your favorite music or the sound of water falls. Putting on these sounds will help you relax because it can alter perceptions and improve moods.
