After the emergency procedure, I had a critically important decision to make. Did I want to continue on this way of life and surely die way before my time or, did I want to make a choice and start caring for my body.
The path was hard and it wasn't. I began going on diet after diet. Using a BMI calculator metric would aid me keep track of my development. I would get rid of a few kgs here and there, then would end up gaining it all back after I quit the diet. My search was becoming desperate until I happened upon a few easy tricks that worked great for me.
first of all, my frame of mind was messed up. I had to change the way I thought about dieting in order to understand the hard times I was having with dropping weight. I had the motivation but I noticed that I did not really want to stop eating all that delectable pizza and pasta! So I started setting mini goals and building muscles. Instead of selecting fad diets that attempted to make you lose fifty lbs in a week, I selected attainable lifestyle changes that would allow me to drop a pound or 2 a week.
