Enthusiasm plays a crucial role in any organization or company. The amount of motivation can directly impact not only the caliber of life but can strengthen or weaken the final outcome. Every manager and or leader should know and work to make sure they keep their employees motivated regardless of what place those employee's will be in their careers. Managers will keep their employees motivated by identifying individual factors that influence behavior, understanding and applying motivation theories and enacting effective behavior modification that encourages to the next stage of motivation for that individual employee. A motivated workforce will make any company or organization an aggressive force. Employees who are motivated usually produce with a higher level, develop a better products or services and can be fertile ground for innovative ideas.

Desire to for managers coming from all levels is usually to understand individual behaviors and evaluate where improvements are needed. After understanding what areas need improvement the use of motivational factor can be applied using motivation theory. After the employee is being motivated in a higher level the manager's task is to take that motivation and use the appropriate behavior modification intend to help employees remain motivated and positively get a new atmosphere and character with the organization.

Motivation are capable of doing more than just come up with a company run more successfully or productively. Deficiency of motivation can with a cancer that could create apathy, pessimism, cynicism, which enable it to stifle energy stunting a company's growth and just like cancer otherwise treated can destroy the business. Managers have the reasonability to examine everyone and the areas they require improvement, apply motivational theories in their behavior modification plan.

Individuals react and differently to various situations. For this reason it essential when addressing motivation at work that a manager evaluate their employees while on an individual basis to comprehend where they may be personally and organizationally. Managers got to know what is needed for someone before they can find ways to improve the motivation of that person. There are five major stages or levels connected with work-related behaviors. The very first work related behavior is joining the corporation in which a new employee becomes associated with the group, its practices, and culture and finding their place in that group.

Second is remaining using the organization the location where the employee finds their place. The 3rd work related behavior is maintaining work attendance therefore not only showing to operate at the perfect time but being there when needed. The fourth behavior is performing required tasks this means becoming proficient in the job and contributing more towards the group or company.

The final behavior is organizational citizenship the location where the employee now contributes with a higher level and has task where needed and even outside of their duties. Being aware what behaviors usually are not being obtained can tell a manager if motivation falls short of an individual and where a manager perform to motivate a staff. For instance if the employee has reached the next level maintaining work attendance but hasn't been consistently there when needed it is not time to enact a motivational plan that gives the individual more task.
